Return & Exchange Policy

30-day return period:
Within 30 days of the delivery date, you can return items purchased from avelinejewelry.com for a refund or store credit. All returns must be approved before being sent back to us.

Condition of Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging (including any gifts).

Return Shipping Cost:
Please note that while we are happy to offer a refund or store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide a tracking number as proof of return.

Refunds:
After an approved return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund will be calculated based on the promotional discount that was applied to the order. It may take between 2-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:
We offer store credit if you wish to exchange for another item. Once a return is approved, we will send you a personal code. All exchanges are final.

Gift Exchanges:
Gift items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable or cancelable.

Promotion Terms:
Packages:
If the entire package is returned: Full refund or store credit for the entire package.
If parts of the package are returned: Proportional refund or store credit based on the individual price of each product.

Promotional Sets (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free):
If an entire set is returned: Full refund or store credit for the entire collection.
If parts of the collection are returned:
B2G1: 80% refund or store credit based on the full value of each item, after discount applied.

Limited offers (e.g. B2G2): 50% refund or store credit based on the full value of each item, after discount applied.

Mystery Products and Gifts:
Mystery products and free gifts cannot be returned.

If you are eligible and would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@avelinejewelry.com with the following information and we will help you through the process:

Order number
Item(s) to be returned or exchanged
If it is a gift exchange, please provide the customer's details such as full name, email address, order number, delivery address or phone number.

If there is a problem with the product, please let us know and we will resolve it in another way.
